!ERROR=99 - License Error

PRO/5 Rev. 3.10 and higher issues an !ERROR=99 when a license error occurs in the License subsystem or within FLEXlm/FLEXnet.

When this error occurs, the TCB(10) will contain the FLEXlm/FLEXnet error code for the license subsystem failure instead of an Operating System error value. To obtain the text error message from FLEXlm/FLEXnet, call LINFO.
